6 Month Fixed Term Contract - may progress to permanent employment

Up to £23,000 DOE + bonus (OTE £25,000-£26,000)


Rentokil initial is an established global blue chip FTSE 100 organisation. We are Britain’s leading provider of business services to a wide range of industry sectors. We currently have a great opportunity for a HR Coordinator within our Head Office in Camberley. This is a 6 month fixed term role initially however this may lead to permanent employment. 


The main purpose of this role is to provide a first class HR service to key stakeholders within the relevant business areas.



Key responsibilities of this HR Coordinator role:

  • First point of contact for ER advise & completion of supporting letters 
  • Manages referrals for Health Management 
  • Absence management
  • Preperation of Monthly reports
  • Monitoring and managing of Core compliance training
  • Gathering of collation of Performance Development Review data
  • Gathering and collation of Salary review data
  • Link between HR & outsourced payroll provider
  • Dealing with ad hoc reports as and when requested
  • Supporting HR Managers and Team Leader with the pay review and bonus process
  • Ad hoc project work


 To to be eligible for this HR Coordinator role, you must:

  • Have strong experience in a HR environment
  • Experience in delivering first level HR Advice
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • PC literate and good administrative/reporting experience
  • Clear communication skills
  • Positive attitude and self motivated
  • Ability to work with confidential or sensitive issues
