Starting Salary of £22,000

Our Finance Graduate Scheme is a 36 month programme, covering all aspects of Finance from core accounting and financial analysis through to Internal Auditing.


During your programme, there will be a massive scope for you to create, contribute & inspire in a number of initiatives within the Finance department. We’ll give you constant support and exposure, allowing you to show initiative and make the most out of the opportunities and learning developments that this programme has on offer.


Within the Graduate Programme you will experience the following:

0-12 months- Finance Assistant or Pricing Analyst  

12-36 months - Pricing Analyst and/or Internal Audit

36 months and onwards- Management Accountant


Within your first 36 months with Rentokil Initial you will have many opportunities to learn on the job and learn from others whilst gaining professional qualifications



  • Putting customers at the heart of what you do you will need an ability to gather and make sense of large amounts of information & apply it to making business and customer-focused decisions
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • The ability to be flexible with a dynamic, fast-paced Finance team where priorities can change quickly
  • An ability to present information in a format relevant to front line colleagues
  • Being comfortable with making decisions, as well as using your own initiative to deliver projects
  • Able to remain calm, focused and optimistic while dealing with a number of demands at the same time
  • Having an ambition for career progression within Finance


Qualification Requirements:

  • We will require a finance related degree level qualification to a level of 2.1 or higher
  • A levels (or equivalent) to ‘B’ grade or higher
  • Having an ambition for career progression within Finance
