Initial Washrooms, part of Rentokil Initial are seeking dedicated, customer focused and driven individual, to join us as a Customer Support Consultant based in Cambridge.
Because of the continual growth and challenges of our sales and operations teams, we are creating a new position for a Customer Support Consultant to work alongside and liaise with multiple colleagues across our sales and operations teams, as well as our paying clients.
You will be based out of the Cambridge office and will act as the first port of call for contract terminations and complaints, reducing the amount of account closures and also ending relationships with businesses in the right way. You will also spend much time resolving client issues and supplying excellent customer service, sometimes visiting clients to upsell on current contracts where possible.
