    Up to £22,000 DOE + bonus of up to £3000 per annum

    We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Search Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team and make a big impact on our UK & RoW PPC campaigns. Specifically you will be responsible for daily activity as well as managing and reporting on all Google PPC campaigns, as well as optimising and rolling out key paid search optimisation recommendations for our region to drive conversions and increase ROI.

    The candidate we’re looking for will be comfortable with Google Paid Search management, SQR analysis, mobile optimisation and building accounts from scratch. A strong understanding of Google AdWords Editor is required and being comfortable with Google Analytics and data analysis to report on key insights is a distinct advantage.

    The Paid Search Marketing Executive will report to the Area Digital Marketing Manager and work to improve paid search performance across our region and help deliver against ambitious targets to drive lead performance there too.

    With our businesses being enquiry-led, this role will give the right candidate an opportunity to play a major part in their monthly business performance.

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

     

    • Set-up and manage accounts or campaigns to drive acquisition
    • Deliver to plan and implement detailed, targeted, automated, high-performing paid search campaigns across Google AdWords accounts for each business in our region, with major focus on our 8 UK businesses
    • Ability to implement Cross-Account recommendations as suggested by Google
    • Account set up / automation using scripts to better understand overall PPC performance
    • Strong understanding of Audience targeting, and remarketing through Paid Search
    • Assisting with the expansion into other marketing channels and attribution modelling
    • Work closely with Google and our region’s marketing colleagues to deliver relevant, targeted paid search campaigns to improve the ROI of our paid accounts
    • Creation of paid landing pages using Unbounce, and CRO on the landing pages to define the best performing page
    • Hold weekly reviews with each UK business’s Marketing Manager to discuss & review the effectiveness
    • Work closely with finance to ensure PPC spend properly accrued for & POs raised in timely manner
    • Monitor, analyse & provide detailed reports on all PPC activities & conversion data
    • Maintain strong relationships with the region’s Marketing Managers, keeping them up to date on the progress and success of campaigns
    • Collaborate with the other members of the digital marketing and the region’s Marketing Managers

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this superb opportunity, you must have

     

    • Minimum 12-18 months experience in managing complex search campaigns.
    • Undergraduate degree.
    • Google AdWords Certified (current)
    • GAIQ Certified (desired but not essential)
    • Familiarity with cutting edge paid search features and strategies and an ability to articulate these to management
    • Highly analytical with a real eye for detail. The ability to analyse large sets of data and interpret these with key insights
    • Comfortable using Google Tag Manager for tagging & conversion tracking
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and setting up conversion tracking to support Paid campaigns
    • Excellent communication skills, verbally and through presentations to effectively explain, and promote best practices in PPC
    • Great relationship management skills
    • Strong time management & organisational skills
    • Self-motivated & proactive
